We are excited to announce the next edition of our Brown Bag Lunch Seminar!
This session will feature the topic “Studying Abroad”, presented by Evelyn Vaz, who will share her personal experiences during her time in Germany, including academic, cultural, and personal perspectives from living and studying abroad.
Here is a glimpse of the Speaker for what's to come:
"I spent three months studying abroad, and it was a truly transformative experience. I would love to share what my daily life looked like, how I adapted to a new country and a new language, and how this journey contributed to my professional development. My routine combined classes, group discussions, and independent study with moments of cultural exploration. Living in a different environment challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new perspectives every day. Adapting to a new language and culture wasn’t always easy, but it helped me build resilience, independence, and strong communication skills. It was an enriching experience both personally and professionally, and one I would highly recommend to other students"
The seminar will be an opportunity for students and participants to learn more about international experiences, exchange programs, academic life abroad, challenges, opportunities, and personal growth through international mobility.
